To Have a Pen Pal

I really wish I had a pen pal. 

I also wish that I had been born in 1941, 

which would have made the pen pal thing a little more of a possibility. 

And I would have had amazing clothes. 

Instead, I write on a blog and wear a lot of jeans and hoodies. 

But alas, that is not the time 

we live in.

The world has lost its sense of the wistfully romantic. 

Oh well.
